The Friends of the Oak Brook Public Library Meeting Room is available for use by Oak Brook Library cardholders and the Oak Brook business community. The meeting room holds a maximum of 132 people. There is a grand piano available for a small fee, as well as tables, chairs and a variety of electronic audio visual equipment.
Instructions for Application:
Any group wishing to use the Meeting Room must first complete the Application Form. Oak Brook residents click here: Resident Application form. Corporate residents of Oak Brook click here: Corporate Application form. (This form only needs to be submitted for first-time users.)
The Application form, Room Reservation form and/or piano fees are accepted by the Library Administration Office. If the Administration Office is closed, the forms may be left at the Circulation Desk. Please call the Administration Office with any questions (630) 368-7708.
