Please join the Oak Brook Historical Society for a presentation on Oakbrook Center, the Past, Present & Future of Oak Brook's iconic Mall

As part of this year's focus, Oak Brook: History in the Making, the Oak Brook Historical Society will feature Tim Geiges, Senior General Manager at Brookfield Properties, the developer and operator of Oakbrook Center one of the largest shopping centers in the country, with more than "2 million - million visitors annually. Mr. Geiges will speak to the new innovative and explosive growth of the Center and how it impacts Oak Brook and surrounding communities. Audience participation is welcome and a question & answer period will follow the presentation.

The event will be held on Sunday, October 16th, 2022 2:00 PM in the Dean Board Room at the Butler Government Center (Oak Brook Village Hall), 1200 Oak Brook Road.

Light refreshments and Open House will be offered at the Oak Brook Heritage Center next door. 

Admission is free; donations to the Oak Brook Historical Society are welcome.
