The Friends of the Oak Brook Public Library Meeting Room is available for use by Oak Brook Library cardholders and the Oak Brook business community. The meeting room holds a maximum of 132 people and may be divided into two smaller rooms. There is a grand piano available for a small fee, tables, chairs and a variety of electronic audio visual equipment.

Instructions for Application:

  • Any group wishing to use the Meeting Room must first complete the Application form. (This form only needs to be submitted for first-time users.)
  • The Room Reservation form must be completed with every request to use the Meeting Room.
  • Please carefully review the Meeting Room Policy before submitting your application.

The Application form, Room Reservation form and check deposits are accepted by the Library Administration Office. If the Administration Office is closed, the forms may be left at the Circulation Desk. Please call the Administration Office with any questions (630) 368-7708.
