Responsibilities & Services

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial and accounting services of the Village. These services include:

  • Budget preparation
  • Coordination of the Village's annual audit
  • Debt management
  • Financial reporting
  • Fixed asset reporting
  • Investment of Village funds
  • Pension fund administration
  • Revenue collection

All of the Village's financial affairs are supervised and coordinated under the guidance of the Finance Director or Treasurer. The department provides reports on the Village's fiscal condition to the Village President and Board of Trustees on a regular basis.
